Grace Bible Church would not be able to function without the support of volunteers and trusted leaders. Our goal is to help you discover, develop, and deploy the gifts that God has given you to build up His Church and serve our community. In addition to that, we believe that service is a key aspect of the discipleship process. Serving not only reminds us of Christ’s sacrifice on our behalf but in a world that is constantly moving, it acts as a fixed reminder that joy does not come from our selfish desires but rather by meeting the needs of others. Here are some of the ways you can serve with GBC.
Teaching Ministries
AWANA
Whether you like to teach, lead games, sing, play with puppets, keep records – make a difference in a kid’s life by volunteering with AWANA. Help us reach more kids with the Gospel in our city.
Children’s Church
We need teachers who are willing to lead Sunday morning classes following the praise music in the worship service on a rotating basis. Teach a 2-week lesson a few times throughout the year. We’ll provide the curriculum
Care Ministries
Prayer Chain
The prayer chain communicates the needs within the body so that we can unite in prayer for one another.
Shower Ministry
This ministry ministers to women preparing for marriage and/or expecting a child by planning showers to celebrate as a church.
Meals Ministry
This ministry provides meals for those under heavy burden.
Kitchen Care Ministry
Kitchen care ministry coordinates meal preparation for various fellowship & special events of GBC including monthly Dinner on the Grounds.
Stewardship Ministries
Room Stewardship
This ministry maintains the church by assigning individuals with the upkeep of a specific room or area.
Building Maintenance
Building maintenance keeps the interior of our buildings looking nice and in good order for everyone to enjoy each week.
Grounds Care
Grounds care ministry keeps the yard & outside of the buildings looking nice and in good order for everyone to enjoy each week.
Administrative Ministries
Media Relations Ministry
This ministry promotes body life & ministries within the church through use of social media. It also seeks to promote GBC to the community through our website.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
This ministry handles the administrative & organizational aspects of special church functions & projects.
